am 26. April 2024 findet unser Frühjahrstreffen in Frankfurt a.M. statt, das wir gemeinsam mit @WISLaw veranstalten. Wir freuen uns Euch in der Kanzlei von #Klinkert Rechtsanwälte zu begrüßen und mit Euch und tollen Speakern über diese rechtlichen #HotTopics im Hinblick auf #Olympia2024 zu diskutieren:
- Sollten Russland und die russischen Athlet:innen an den Olympischen Spielen 2024 teilnehmen dürfen?
- Inter- und transsexuelle Ahtlet:innen bei Olympia – unter welchen Bedingungen ist Inklusion möglich?
- Die CAS Ad Hoc Division: Was ist das und wie läuft ein Verfahren ab?
Die Anreise lohnt sich doppelt: Neben dem tollen inhaltlichen Teil wird es die Möglichkeit geben, den neuen #DFB-Campus zu besichtigten. Die Plätze für die Präsenzteilnahme und die Besichtigung des DFB-Campus sind begrenzt (#FirstComeFirstServe). Eine Online-Teilnahme ist ebenfalls möglich. Die Veranstaltung wird diesmal in englischer Sprache stattfinden.

Our annual spring meeting will take place on 26 April 2024 in Frankfurt (on the Main), Germany. This time, we are organizing the event together with @WISLaw. Join us at the offices of #Klinkert Rechtsanwälte to discuss with great speakers the legal following #HotTopics of #Olympics2024:
- Should Russia or Russian Athletes be allowed to participate in the Games?
- Intersex and transgender athletes at the Olympics – under what conditions is inclusion possible?
- The CAS ad hoc division: What does it do, and how does it work?
The journey is worthwhile for multiple reasons: In addition to the exciting discussions, there will be the opportunity to visit the new campus of the German Football Federation (#DFB). There is only a limited number of places available for the in-person participation at the event and the tour at the DFB campus (#FirstComeFirstServe). It will also be possible to join the event online. The event will be held in English.
